The International Student Support Team is part of American Councils for International Education, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educational opportunities that prepare individuals and institutions to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world. For over 40 years, American Councils has administered innovative programs that broaden perspectives, increase knowledge, and deepen understanding.

Since 2001, our team has worked with high school students from more than 50 countries on programs funded by the US government. Each year, we assist students and their host families, while supporting our on-the-ground team of Local Coordinators based across the country. Whether you are a student, host family member, Local Coordinator, or school, we are here to answer your questions, support you, and make sure your experience is a success!
